SUMMARY:
The Senior Loan Documentation Processor will help lead the Loan Documentation department, manage the preparation of commercial and consumer loan documents while leveraging their knowledge of loan processing and loan closing requirements and maintain compliance with Central Bank of Kansas City policies and State and Federal regulations. The Senior Loan Documentation Processor will join our Central Bank of Kansas City team with dedicated to being champions of a positive high energy work environment and making “It easy to do business with Central Bank of Kansas City.”
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure the smooth operation of the loan documentation process
· Prioritize loan request to ensure all are processed according to service level agreement
- Help develop and maintain policies and procedures for all Loan Documentation functions.
- Ensure loan documents comply with underwriting guidelines, Bank policy and procedures as well as applicable Federal and State banking laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain LaserPro Standard Products.
· Interact with internal and external clients while providing extraordinary service.
- Develop and maintain trusted, positive relationships with employees, clients and vendors.
- Represent the Bank and Loan Services team in a highly professional manner.
- Complete job assignments in a professional, timely and efficient manner; organize and prioritize work.
· Maintain confidentiality; adhere to Central Bank of Kansas City policies and procedures; comply with laws, regulations and industry best practices
· Other duties as assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education – Bachelor’s degree; or minimum of three years of commercial loan documentation experience is required
Substantial working knowledge of consumer and commercial lending
Extensive knowledge of Laser Pro
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
Knowledge of LaserPro Administration
Knowledge of basic lending requirements
Must be detail oriented.
Requires highly organized individual and be able to prioritize work assignments and work independently.
Communication, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.
